Appearance processed parts refers to the processing treatment in order to change the appearance or aesthetics of the manufactured parts, mainly including polishing, sandblasting, electroplating, drawing, spraying and anodising. The following is a brief introduction to these processes:

1. polishing: polishing the rough parts on the surface of aluminium ingots or aluminium alloys to increase their smoothness and aesthetics.

2. sandblasting: through sandblasting treatment, it can produce localised high gloss areas on the surface of the product, which makes the product more fashionable and technologically advanced

3. electroplating: plating a layer of metal or non-metallic material on the metal surface to increase its aesthetics and corrosion resistance.

4. Brushing: Through brushing treatment, a certain texture can be formed on the metal surface to increase its aesthetics and feel.

5. spraying: metal or non-metallic materials are heated and melted and sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece to form a coating that is firmly bonded to the substrate in order to change its appearance and colour.

6. anodising: by means of anodising, an oxide film can be formed on the surface of aluminium or aluminium alloys to increase their corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

These treatments can be applied to a wide variety of materials such as metals, alloys, metal oxides and carbides, ceramics and plastics, as well as to a wide variety of substrates such as metals, ceramics, glass, plastics, plaster, wood, cloth, paper and other solid materials.
